► 3 days from Fes to Marrakech desert tour itinerary:

1st Day: FES – IFRAN – AZROU – MIDAlET – ZIZ VALLEY – ERFOUD – RISSANI – MERZOUGA:

The 3 days desert tour starts by picking you up at your hotel or riad in Fes at 08:00 am. After that, we will hit the road to the Sahara Desert our final destination of the day. Our first stop will be in Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco to enjoy its beauty. After that, we will head toward the Cedar forest, where you can see some wild monkeys. We will continue to Midelt for a lunch meal in a restaurant. In the afternoon, we will cross the pass of Tizi N’Tlghamt to reach a city named Rich, while admiring the views of Ziz gorges. Later on, we will stop for a panoramic view in Ziz valley.

The drive continues to Merzouga Desert. The latter is where Erg Chebbi sand dunes are located. We will pass Aoufous and Erfoud (Erfoud is famous for fossils and dates). When we arrive in Merzouga, exactly to the hotel, you will prepare and get ready for the camel trek. The camel ride is for an hour to enjoy the sunset. Then, you will continue until you reach the desert camp for an overnight stay and see the Sahara desert’s charm. Dinner and spend the night at camp by playing the drums and have a chance to talk with locals.

2nd day: MERZOUGA – RISSANI – TODRA GORGES AND VALLEY – DADES VALLEY AND GORGE:

Today, you will have to wake up early to see the sunrise. After that, you will have breakfast and take a shower. later, we will drive from Merzouga desert to Rissani, where you will visit a traditional market ( souk in the Morrocan dialect). Next, to Erfoud, and Tinghir. the latter is where we will stop for lunch and a short walk in Todra gorges and its magnificent Palm trees, and old ruins blending. In the afternoon, we will continue to Boumalen Dades to spend our second night in the Valley of Dades (dinner and breakfast in the hotel). 3rd Day: DADES VALLEY – ROSE VALLEY – SKOURA – OUARZAZATE – AIT BENHADDOU KASBAH – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – MARRAKECH:

On the third day of the 3 days tour from Fes to Marrakech, we are going to depart to Ouarzazate passing by the palm grove of Skoura. After enjoying the oasis of Skoura, we will stop for a panoramic view of the kasbah of Taourirt. Also, we will make another one in the film studio ( you can visit the Atlas studio if you want). After that, we will visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou and stop for lunch in a restaurant in the village of Ait Benhaddou. In the afternoon, we will drive over the mountains of high Atlas, passing through the Tizi N’tichka pass (2260 m in altitude), we will make some stops and breaks to enjoy the beauty of those mountains before we get to Marrakech.
